I have managed more than 100 customer projects spanning more than 20 types of industries including Pulp/Paper, Power, Manufacturing, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Water/Wastewater, Pharmaceutical and Military operations. I am the originator of The Reliability Optimization Company’s Streamlined Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) process which creates a customer foundation resulting in:

• Average of 25% reduction in customer PM workload
• Average of 10% reduction in unscheduled downtime
• With an average Customer ROI of 3.5:1 in the first year

My areas of expertise include personnel leadership and supervision, preventive maintenance, predictive technologies (PT) application, rotating equipment, vibration analysis, nondestructive testing, thermography, root cause failure analysis (RCFA), machine and application design and database integration. I retired from the U.S. Navy as a Commander, having served as a Helicopter Pilot, Flight Instructor and Aircraft Maintenance Officer.
