Tony Planamento joined the AME team in May 2016 as a mechanical engineering intern. Upon completing his summer term, he was offered a full-time position as a field service engineer. Today, Tony is AME’s Technical Projects Supervisor, where he handles most of the technical aspects of the business, ensuring seamless operations and innovative solutions. He holds the following certifications: ISO CAT III Vibration, FARO Technologies, RDI Level II, T-HUET 5195. Tony earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Before joining AME, he was a supervisor at Pines Ice Arena for ten years, where he also plays and coaches ice hockey. He also volunteers his time with the Boys & Girls Club of America.
