Webinar Description:
The presentation focuses on the monitoring of ultra-low and low-speed machines. It covers the bearing failure processes, highlighting the importance of accurate condition monitoring.
Learning Takeaways:
1. Accurate Condition Monitoring: The presentation emphasizes the importance of accurate condition monitoring for ultra-low and low-speed machines.
2. Bearing Failure Process: It details the bearing failure process and the stages involved.
3. Extended Pre-warning Time: The presentation highlights the extended pre-warning time provided by the monitoring system, which gives room to plan and act.
4. HD Order Tracking: This technique provides crisp and clear results with varying RPMs, identifies repetitive signals, and uses pure digital filters for a high signal-to-noise ratio.
5. Detection of Faults: The system is capable of detecting early, mature, and severe faults.
6. Case Studies: Several case studies are presented, including mine hoists, twin wire presses, and support wheels for drum fertilizer plants, demonstrating the effectiveness of the monitoring system.
