About the Presenters:
Sanya Mathura MLE is the Founder and Managing Director of Strategic Reliability Solutions Ltd based in Trinidad. She is an ICML certified MLE (Machinery Lubrication Engineer) and the first female in the world to achieve the ICML Varnish badges (VIM & VPR) and a Mobius FL CAT I instructor.

Alexandra Gunderson worked as a mechanical engineer in the energy sector before transitioning to a career in data science, where she discovered a passion for building tools that empower engineers and operators to make data-driven decisions. Outside of work, Alexandra leads the Oslo chapter of Women in Data Science.

Matthew Moore BSc (Hons) is the founder of Moore Reliability and Freelance Consultant, Trainer and Subject Matter Expert in Condition Monitoring and Vibration Analysis. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of vibration and condition monitoring.

Tom Murphy is the Managing Director of Reliability Team Limited. He is an ISO CAT1 Ultrasound trainer, ASNT Level 1 and Level 2 trainer, has trained over 1,100 professionals, and is an implementer of Ultrasound programs in all manner of industries around the world (48 countries so far).

Martin Robinson, CEng, CMRP, CRL, IAM has been a pioneer in the field of condition-based maintenance in electrical distribution systems for over 30 years.

Sanya Mathura is the Founder of Strategic Reliability Solutions Ltd based in Trinidad and operates in the capacity of Managing Director and Senior Consultant. She works with global affiliates in the areas of Reliability and Asset Management to bring these specialty niches to her clients.

Sanya possesses a strong engineering background with a BSc in Electrical & Computer Engineering and MSc in Engineering Asset Management. She has worked in the lubrication industry for the past several years and has used her engineering background to assist various industries with lubrication related issues both locally in Trinidad and Tobago, regionally and internationally. She has solved lubrication problems and provided training in the Automotive, Industrial, Marine, Construction and Transportation sectors.

Sanya is the first person (and first female) in her country (Trinidad & Tobago) and by extension the Caribbean to attain an ICML MLE (International Council for Machinery Lubrication Machinery Lubrication Engineer) certification! She is also the first female in the word to achieve the VPR & VIM badges from ICML.
