Mike Johnson is Founder and President of AMRRI (Advanced Machine Reliability Resources, Inc) and President of Generation Systems, Inc. . He has 33+ years of field experience with development of industrial lubrication and work process management systems. He has assisted in developing reliability improvement strategies and implementing reliability centered machine lubrication programs for many well-known multinational manufacturers, including Cargill, Domtar Paper Corporation, Dupont, Ford Motors, Goodyear Tire, General Mills, International Paper, Ingredion, 3M, and many others.

Mike has an extensive background in theoretical and practical tribology and uses this knowledge assisting organizations that want to improve machine reliability through improvement of machine lubrication work plans, benchmarking, program development and implementation, in-plant coaching and certification training, failure analysis, and through advice and support in developing standards for precision lubrication practices.
