Christian Probst is a Graduate engineer in mechatronics. He has been working at SONOTEC GmbH since 2006 in Technology development and implementation for the production of piezocomposites. He has several years of experience in probe and sensor development for the field of non-destructive testing; broadband probes, multi-element/phased array probes, air-ultrasonic probes. Since 2013 he has been the development and application engineer in the field of preventive maintenance. 2021 ISO CAT I Vibration Analyst by Vibration Institute. ISO CAT II Vibration Analyst certification planned for 2022. Current focus is on condition monitoring to highlight the advantages of broadband ultrasonic measurement technology.
