KCF Technologies is combining standardized machine health sensor installation with both AI-generated and human-validated cases of various machine faults to build asset-specific models for assets like pumps, fans, electric motors, gearboxes, etc. to automatically identify machine faults, helping vibration analysts to reduce the amount of data that they have to sift through to get focused on valuable problems in their facility.

About the Presenter:
Dave Kraige is the Director of Technical Learning at KCF Technologies, Inc. Having assisted with the development of KCF’s SMARTdiagnostics machine health sensing platform, and the building and training of its SENTRYsolutions machine health analysis and services team, Dave now leads KCF’s Technical Learning team, whose focus is to train KCF’s customers and employees to get maximum value from various machine health monitoring techniques, with the goal of zero waste, zero downtime, and zero injuries in the manufacturing world.
