Mobius Institute™ Welcomes 2 New Team Members And Promotes Luis Carmona To Global Business Development Director
Mobius Institute™ is pleased to announce a few positive organizational changes. Luis Carmona has been promoted to Global Business Development Director, Janie Scholtz is joining the team as Regional Business Development Manager for Europe/Africa and Salah Attia will join the team as Regional Business Development Manager for the Middle East.

As the Global Business Development Director for Mobius Institute, Luis Carmona will continue leading the charge of our Latin American market however will also take on global responsibilities working closely with our Regional Business Development Managers focusing on the growth of our Condition Monitoring and Reliability Training and Certification, CBM + RELIABILITY CONNECT® Conferences, CBM CONNECT® and RELIABILITY CONNECT®. Carmona’s recent role as Regional Business Development Manager Latin America has helped him make this a natural transition into this new position.
Janie Scholtz joins as Regional Business Development Manager for Mobius Institute Europe and Africa. Scholtz comes with 17 years of industry experience most recently as Business Development Manager at Visaya Solutions, Area Manager Power Plant Electrical, Account Manager Honeywell South Africa and Key Account Manager for SKF. Scholtz will be based out of Germany and will officially start with Mobius Institute on February 1, 2020.
In addition, Salah Attia joins as Regional Business Development Manager for Mobius Institute Middle East. Attia comes with 13 years in Condition Monitoring and Reliability Engineering most recently at ALS Industrial as Senior Condition Monitoring Engineer, GE as Machinery Diagnostic Engineer, and Alstom Power as Reliability Service Engineer. Attia will be based out of the UAE and will start on March 15, 2020.
Our Asian market continues to be supported by our Regional Business Development Manager Kotya Naik who is based in India.
